I have had a family connection with 9MN since my son attended as a toddler and then my mother joined the team as an administrator.
After 13 years of working in HR for Sky, I decided it was time for a change, so I became a School Officer for an independent primary school where I was very happy for 8 years.
I am now also part of the 9MN family, I have been the Office Manager since 2018 and my years in HR have really helped me to connect with the team and offer creative solutions on team guidance, mentoring and support.
During my time in the Education sector, I have trained as a First Aider and have Safeguarding experience. I love working at 9MN and am especially passionate about ensuring Team Wellbeing and positive mental health in the workplace.
